While working with the two founding members of Highway Cannabis to build their flagship store, our mission was simple - build an elevated and disruptive brand centered around the ethos of cannabis normalization. We created and executed a redefining experiential cannabis retail program geared toward highlighting private label assortment and allowing customers to engage with products maximizing revenue and profitability. Additionally, foz&co. built and managed a team of designers, architects, millworkers, and general contractors, to ensure that budgets were on target and deadlines were met. We led every aspect of the project from ideation to construction to store launch.
